Google Play Services 4.0.30 from Android 4.4 KitKat

PrebuiltGmsCore
Changes in Google Play Services 4.0.30.0:
This is what the new Google Play Services 4.0.30 offers in this release:
  • Location APIs with low-powered mode, hardware GPS geofencing, and mock locations
  • Maps snapshots
  • Additional user privacy settings
  • Performance and power saving improvements
Disclaimer: If something breaks, don’t blame us. Its a technically unreleased app that was meant for the Nexus 5. It may work perfectly or may be a little buggy. I tested these on a stock, Android 4.3 Nexus 4 and 4.1.2 on Galaxy S2. Depending on what device you have, you may run into issues. Be warned.
Google Play Services for Android Features:
Google Play services is used to update Google apps and apps from Google Play.
This component provides core functionality like authentication to your Google services, synchronized contacts, access to all the latest user privacy settings, and higher quality, lower-powered location based services.
